We at Coutts Plumbing Inc. specialize in residential remodeling and have been in business since 1980. Since then, our focus has always been taking care of our customers. Although we usually work with general contractors, either yours or one of ours, we are also happy to work with homeowners if they wish to act as their own general contractor on a smaller job.
We are also able to help guide you through the process of design, fixtures choices and value engineering. Contractors and architects come to us knowing we can solve the toughest design problems. Often there is a need to move pipes or create a bathroom into a space that would not seem possible, but finding solutions is our specialty.
We have a work force of four plumbers who have been with us for eight years. We understand the difficulties of having remodeling being done in your house and we do everything we can to maximize your comfort. We will take care to protect your house and make our time in your home as stress free as possible Every day we will leave your house as clean as when we arrived.
We have been involved with many award winning projects and many of them can be seen in the various building and design magazines.
At the same time, we are happy to just replace a faucet or fix a toilet for you. We are also experienced in small commercial projects such as tenant fit outs and restaurants.
Darel Coutts has been a plumber since 1972 and has been a master plumber since 1980. He works closely with each contractor and is in the field meeting with his men and supervising jobs everyday.
It’s also very important to us that our employees attend training classes and are current with changes in the industry and regulatory codes.
